The day before yesterday I made some stew beef on the stove
and was planning on making some rice yesterday for beef tips and rice.
We had a strong possibility of severe weather yesterday so I said to myself
"forget the rice, heat up the beef and a roll and create an open-faced beef sandwich."
I'm still eating it today. Plenty more left for a couple more of these.
