A Nightmare To Purchase

$19.89 twice I paid for this item and I still do not have this product nor my $40 back. 

When I ordered this on Jan 1st, it said this item will be here between Jan 6th - Jan 9th. Today is the 6th and all I get is "revise payment method".  

My debit card held out $19.89 for this item on Jan 2nd. -- It's still showing on my balance history. Today I open up Amazon to check my orders and they showed me to "revise payment method" and it was for this item. I checked my debit card balance history and they are still holding the $19.89 for this item. I said to myself "ok, try your Amazon gift card balance"  and I did apply it towards this item. Amazon took out/held out the $19.89 from my gift card and they are still showing "revise payment method" for this item. So today I'm out $39.78 (almost $40) and I still do not have this item.  All I wanted was this item, not this nightmare. I'm out almost $40 over this $19.89 item that I do not have. I canceled my order and still waiting to watch almost $20 back on my debit card and another almost $20 back on my Amazon gift card balance. 

If the company that is going thru Amazon to sell this item would have simply done what everyone else does I would have my item and wouldn't have had all this headache and out extra money trying to get this item. Now I have a headache to get back almost $40 over this lamp. And still no lamp.

I'm very upset right now - not happy at all. Very disappointed.
