Boy I just had a bad nicotine attack from Hades! It only lasted around 15 minutes and it eased up. Drinking some warm coffee now which seems to help. I've learned to drink coffee without wanting cigarettes with it - yay!
I'm on Step 2 with the patches - will be on Step 3 in a week.
I need quick easy low fat/low calorie snacks - something I'm not thinking of. I've got raisins, grapes celery, air popped popcorn on the brain - but what else is a quick healthy low fat snack? I can't think clearly today. I'll figure it out.
