Stormy Had Kittens

  Hard to see the 2 black kittens cause mom is black too - but you can see the white one.
(The white one: I think she/he looks like Gollum) lol

I went to feed my 2 girls and dad's cat Stormy since I knew she was visiting me. Long story short: I found her on my bed with 3 new born kittens -- what a mess to clean! But all fresh bedding on the bed now and she and her babies in a place of their own with blankets.

She had 2 black & 1 white kitten. It's raining.... I thought she came in for that reason alone - but it turned to to be more than that. I can't blame her for wanting inside to give birth to them.

So Sam, Frodo and Gollum -- for now anyway -- just nicknames while they are with me.

UPDATE: The 3 kittens today - still with me. OK it appears the white (Gollum) is a girl, the black with a bit of white (Sam) is a girl and the almost solid black one (Frodo) is a little boy. So... she's had 2 girls and a boy.


UPDATE: 4/8/20 I've nicknamed them for now until they are old enough to find good homes. Naturally I nicknamed them something from Tolkien's works. Just over 1 week old they are.
